1. KNOW THYSELF
Build on your strengths and improve on your weaknesses as you progress through the interview process and careers. The best way to know your abilities is to challenge yourself. Have a mentor who can cover your blind spots and guide you through this interview process.
2. KNOW YOUR ENVIRONMENT(Interview)
Have a thorough understanding of your resume and the key application points mentioned on the daily activities at work. Also create awareness about the position you have applied for and the company interviewing you. Little research on the interviewers and the company is always beneficial.
3. KNOW YOUR PROCESS
Trusting the process of applying and scheduling the interviews is very important. Be patient, stay consistent and persistent with your daily application submissions.
